Happening Homes is now offering a home design service.

Peter Whiffin has designed award winning homes for a number of different building companies in the past. He truly has an amazing skill at designing new homes – including homes that are to be on “difficult blocks” – blocks that larger construction companies do not wish to touch – like sloping and odd shaped blocks.

Peter is making his design services available to YOU. You can specify as much or as little detail as you wish. You can send in a rough sketch of what you want, or you could simply say, for example “Design me a double storey house with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a family room, a lounge room, an internal laundry with plenty of alfresco living space” and he can send some ideas through.

The service will be just $497 for the initial ideas and a total of $2497 including architectural drawings, artistic impressions and so on.

HOWEVER, this fee can be rebated!!

After designing the home, we can give you three different builders to ask quotes from. If its a small house we will be able to quote it for you ourselves. Should you go ahead with any of these quotes, the house design charge will be rebated to you!
