You get: Steel Frame, Trend Windows 5mm tinted glass, roofing insulation, colorbond roof, screws, PVC weatherboard cladding, bracing plywood, silver insulation paper for walls, internal linings – gyprock (and fibro for wet areas).     Price $23,500

If you are not building on a slab, but wish to build on a steel chassis floor with yellow-tongue wood flooring, this will be an extra $5000

Besides the kit, you will need to consider the following:

Electrical wiring and power box installed by a licensed electrician. Expect to pay around $2500 in the current market for this.

Council approvals and contributions (if any).

Connection to services  - plumbing, draining, electrical

Certifier expense.

You can do this project either as an owner-builder or by engaging the services of a registered builder.
